Terms of Service

By using VoiceAssign ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using VoiceAssign, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. Description of Service

VoiceAssign is a team task management platform that allows businesses to assign, track, and manage tasks using voice input, push notifications, and a Kanban board interface. The Service is provided as a Progressive Web App (PWA) accessible at app.voiceassign.com.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must provide accurate information during registration
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Plans & Pricing

Free Plan — Up to 2 team members, no payment required, no time limit
Starter Plan — ₹399/month (monthly) or ₹299/month (annual billing)
Pro Plan — ₹799/month (monthly) or ₹599/month (annual billing)
All paid plans include a 1-month free trial
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes

5. Free Trial

Paid plans come with a 1-month free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue using paid plan features. If you do not subscribe, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund policy: We offer a 7-day refund on annual plans if you are not satisfied. Monthly plans are non-refundable after the billing date. Contact us at hello@voiceassign.com for refund requests.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use VoiceAssign to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service
Share your account with unauthorized users outside your team
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Data & Content

You retain ownership of all content (tasks, photos, descriptions) you create in VoiceAssign. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content to deliver the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses due to downtime.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Limitation of Liability

VoiceAssign is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
