Mobile number — for support and WhatsApp communication
Task data — titles, descriptions, photos you add to tasks
Device token — for push notifications (OneSignal)
Usage data — pages visited, actions taken (for improving the product)

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the VoiceAssign service
To send push notifications for task assignments and reminders
To send you important account and billing updates
To respond to your support queries
To process payments via Razorpay

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

OneSignal — for push notification delivery
Razorpay — for payment processing
Your team members — task data visible within your team workspace only

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers in India. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — never in plain text.

5. Photos & Attachments

Photos uploaded as proof of work are stored securely on our servers. Only members of your team can view task photos. You can delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Push Notifications

We use OneSignal to send push notifications. You can disable notifications at any time from your browser or device settings. We do not send promotional spam — only task-related and account notifications.

7. Your Rights

Access the data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data

8. Cookies
